The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role for someone passionate about working outdoors and operating modern farm machinery. You'll be involved in all aspects of crop production and general farm maintenance, with the flexibility to fit working hours around your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating a wide range of modern agricultural machinery
2. Supporting crop planting, growing, harvesting, and post-harvest processes
3. Conducting routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
4. Carrying out general farm tasks and supporting the wider team as needed
5. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and farm hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

1. Previous experience in operating machinery in an arable or mixed farming environment
2. A good understanding of modern farming methods and seasonal tasks
