Job Description:
The Property Construction Company is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee our residential renovation projects across London. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing on-site activities and coordinating builders, ensuring that projects are delivered to high standards, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations for kitchen, bathroom, and full house renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision: Oversee and supervise on-site activities to ensure that work is completed as per specifications and in a timely manner. Maintain a strong presence on all assigned sites.
2. Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to a high standard and in compliance with building regulations and company quality requirements.
3. Contractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate tradespeople, such as builders, electricians, and plumbers, to ensure smooth workflows. Resolve any on-site issues promptly.
4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress daily, report back to the project management team, and ensure any delays or issues are communicated and addressed.
5. Time & Budget Management: Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Monitor material usage and labor costs, and prevent any wastage or unnecessary expenses.
6. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site, and maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
7. Material Management: Confirm that all required materials are delivered on time and are the correct specification. Coordinate with suppliers as needed to avoid any project delays.
8. Client Liaison: Occasionally interact with clients during site visits, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction with project progress and quality.

Required Experience and Skills:

1. 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or in a similar role in residential renovations or construction.
2. Strong understanding of residential renovation projects, specifically kitchens, bathrooms, and full house refurbishments.
3. Hands-on experience managing and coordinating multiple trades on-site.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
6. Strong communication skills for coordinating with both site teams and clients.
7. Full UK driving license.
