Experience as a Site Supervisor in a similar setting.
Valid CSCS Card and SSSTS Certificate required.

Manage site works in line with project scope.
Oversee a small team and ensure timely completion.
Conduct full Builders & Sparkle Clean at project end.

Site Supervisor - Great Yarmouth, NR31 - Start W/C 10th March - £18.50 Per Hour

Our client, a leading Sub-Contractor providing finishing and finalisation works on projects throughout the UK, is currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to lead a small team of Cleaners on the completion of a new commercial project in Great Yarmouth Town Centre. Working on this busy site in a phased environment, you will be required to lead a small team and have experience in a similar role, ideally for a sub-contractor within a similar setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage works on site in line with the scope of works.
Oversee a small team of operatives.
Ensure all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner, meeting client expectations.
Conduct full Builders & Sparkle Clean as the project draws to completion.
Handle additional responsibilities as required.
