Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis based in Dundee.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, ensuring that high-quality work is consistently delivered. You will collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Essential Requirements

1. Proven experience managing all operational activities on-site.
2. Competence in maintaining accurate site diaries.
3. A strong track record of implementing health & safety and quality procedures.
4. Previous experience working with a civil engineering contractor.
5. Experience working on bridges, roads, and infrastructure projects is preferred.
6. Experience with concrete repair is desirable.
7. Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
9. Excellent communication skills for liaising effectively with on-site staff, subcontractors, and management.
10. Willingness to travel when required.
