Site Supervisor - Earthworks

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in earthworks or groundworks? We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality civil engineering projects. This is a long-term project until 2027.

Site Supervisor

You'll be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in earthworks or groundworks.
2. SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) - Essential.
3. Valid First Aid certificate - Essential.
4. Strong understanding of site health and safety protocols.
5. Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are carried out to specification.
2. Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
3. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
4. Monitor progress and report any issues or delays.
5. Ensure accurate documentation and site records are maintained.
