Site Supervisor (Civil Engineering) – Dorset

A family run business in the heart of Dorset is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman to join their team.

Specialising in Heavy Civils, Drainage, and Pipeline Construction, they have years of experience and have built a stellar reputation over this time, making this role an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a change in direction.

Reporting into the Site Agent, duties will include but not be limited to:

1. Supervise and coordinate site activities.
2. Develop and implement plans to manage site risks, costs, and resources.
3. Work closely with the engineers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
4. Drive a project forward and follow the programme.
5. Manage the subcontractors.

Ideally, you’ll have the following qualifications:

1. SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
2. At least 5 years in a GF role for a Civil Engineering Contractor.
3. Water and Waste Water project experience.
