Site Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Our Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our sprinkler project from beginning to completion. You will be pivotal in maintaining project documentations, collaborating with internal teams and upkeeping a site in accordance with health and safety standards. This role holds a 68 week duration and commences at the beginning of April

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance of all HS & QA paperwork being undertaken on a weekly basis; includes small tool inspection, testing sheets and completion certificates.
• Induction of all operatives, and checking of skill cards and operatives’ abilities.
• Attendance at weekly / monthly HS site meetings
• Ensure Work areas are kept tidy and free for working in by our fitters and fellow companies working in this area.
• Marking up of as built drawings/ progress drawings – Monitor progress and quality of installation. Evaluate changes and sign off progress sheets to acknowledge works have been completed to the required standard
• Maintain client relationships.
• Order necessary materials for site, ensuring they are stored correctly, and stock levels are maintained.
• Site Diary for all operatives – keep comprehensive detail on site operatives including times in and out, site conditions, and works executed
• Signing off installer’s progress, recording through marked up drawings and photographs.
• Identifying changes to the PM and client - record changes through photographs and marked up drawings
• Set site team to work give clear instruction as to what works are required and how long they are expected to carry the tasks.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Previous experience in a site supervisor/sprinkler fitter role or similar.
• Good Organizational Skills, including ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team, and to use own initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
