Job description
Job Purpose:
Provides site supervisory, reporting, resident liaison, client reporting and liaison for energy efficiency improvement and retrofit projects across the UK. Supervising all operatives on site, CDM and site setup, all sub-contractors and specialist providers in occupied and void properties. Assisting in electrical installations.
Duties:
- Supervising work programs for retrofitting projects.
- Managing site safety and compliance with CDM regulations.
- Liaising with clients and residents regarding project updates.
- Overseeing the work of subcontractors and ensuring quality standards.
- Assisting with electrical installations as required.
