Urgent Requirement for Site Supervisor for one of our Schools in West Kirkby

Due to high demand, we are seeking dedicated and proactive Site Supervisors to manage and oversee the smooth running of our vibrant school facilities in West Kirkby. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of our school buildings, providing a positive environment for students and staff alike.

Role Duties:

1. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds.
2. Manage site security, including locking and unlocking the premises, monitoring access, and conducting regular health and safety checks.
3. Liaise with external contractors and oversee maintenance work.
4. Handle minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
5. Assist with event setups, ensuring the school is ready for activities and special events.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and school policies.

What Qualities Are We Looking For:

1. Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role.
2. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.

Requirements:

1. An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
2. Legal right to work in the UK.
3. Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
