Site Supervisor
East Yorkshire
Sector: Regional Build
£33k-£35k + Car Allowance + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

My Client, who is on an exciting growth curve, is looking to make a number of appointments as their portfolio of refurbishment and new build projects grows.

Their next addition to the team will be for a Working Site Supervisor from a trades background to work across sites in the East and North Yorkshire area.

Projects will mostly consist of refurbishment and new build projects within the minor works department of this established main contractor. The ideal candidate will come from a trades background and have experience in reading drawings, structural alterations, working in older buildings, and completing projects to a high level of finish.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Supervising day-to-day activities
  2. Monitoring Health & Safety
  3. Inductions, Tool Box Talks, timesheets
  4. Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
  5. Material call offs, deliveries
  6. Ensuring RAMS and Company H&S procedures are adhered to
  7. Liaison with architect, Clerks of Works & other stakeholders
Qualifications/Background:
  1. Recognized construction related qualification (NVQ, C&G etc)
  2. SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid
  3. Ideally will have worked in the industrial & commercial sectors
