Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established secondary school in North Lincolnshire, seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Supervisor to start as soon as possible.

About the Role

As the Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the site, including maintenance, security, and cleaning, to provide a conducive learning environment for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the site is maintained to the highest standard, including general repairs and upkeep
2. Oversee security measures to keep the school secure at all times
3. Manage external contractors for larger maintenance or improvement projects
4. Conduct regular health and safety checks and risk assessments
5. Supervise and support the cleaning staff
6. Take responsibility for opening and closing the school, including keyholder duties

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an educational setting
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the role
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
