Job description
Site Supervisor - Bracknell
Main workstream will be full roof covering replacements; however, the workstream will vary depending on the contract.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
No home-working.
Value of sites ranging from circa £8k - £150k.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager and/or Senior Site Manager.
Responsible for:
- Arranging scaffolding
- Asbestos removals
- Liaising with clients
- Weekly/monthly reports
Must be IT literate (using Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook, SafetyCulture).
A roofing bias would be preferred.
Experience working for public sector clients and with tenants/tenanted dwellings is preferred.
Qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS.
