Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Start Date: May 25

Location: Ashford

Day Rate: £220 - £240 per day depending on experience

Project: A new build residential development comprising of x2 new rc frame apartment blocks, internal fit out and external landscaping.

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting into a Site Manager
2. Management and coordination of Labour
3. Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and traffic management.
4. Updating the Site Manager on progress.
5. Management and coordination of deliveries

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

1. Proven experience in a similar role
2. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
4. Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.
5. CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid.
6. Recent workplace references
