Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or facilities/cleaning roles is essential.
  • Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to obtain a Fork Lift Truck License.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Site Services Operative to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in facilities services.

This is a high security site and you will need an in date British Passport or in date UK Driving License to be able to work at this establishment.

What you'll do:

  • Collect parcels and deliver them to the correct locations
  • Manage internal and external waste collections, ensuring bins are in good order
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests
  • Complete tasks from the helpdesk within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, complying with all health and safety practices.

What you'll need:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • Fork Lift Truck license or be prepared to be trained to obtain this
  • Previous experience in customer service or facilities/cleaning roles
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well
  • Awareness of health and safety in a facilities environment
