Site Services Manager - West Midlands - UK Wide - up to £75,000 + Benefits - Ref 1869

I am currently recruiting for a Site Services Manager to work for a leading engineering organisation. Salary up to £70,000 + Benefits.

The organisation is a market leading engineering firm that delivers their well-developed product portfolio to the UK market. They have an extensive track record of delivering their products to a very high standard and provide solutions for a whole magnitude of problems, whether it be complex or simple. They have a wealth of experienced individuals currently working for them which help to best define the perfect solution.

To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans, they need to appoint a Site Services Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 30 Mechanical Installers who will be installing and commissioning large scale fabricated metal assemblies throughout the UK at a range of clients' customer sites. You will be involved in hiring, firing, appraisals, documentation, ensuring all cards are up to date such as confined spaces, risk and method statements, legislations, creating lifting plans, and doing RAMS.

Essential Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Site Services Manager or similar
2. Minimum IOSH
3. Experience managing Mechanical Installers / Mechanical Fitters or similar
4. Able to travel freely within the UK to sites as and when required
