JD.com is seeking a passionate site reliability engineer who can ensure the stability of our eCommerce mobile apps and web apps in European countries such as the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, incident management, automating deployments, scaling, reliability testing, incident post-mortems, and more. You will work closely with engineering and commercial teams globally to ensure a seamless, reliable user experience while balancing the demands of development speed and operational stability in a dynamic, international environment.
