Site Operations Manager | Leeds | £52k + bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Operations Manager to join a leading business with sites across the UK. Based at the Leeds site, you will oversee high-frequency dispatch operations across the North-Western region.

The Ideal Site Operations Manager: You will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team motivation skills are essential. A background in a multidrop logistics environment would be a big advantage.

What will you be doing?

As Site Operations Manager, you will manage all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key duties include:

Leading recruitment, training, and performance management for the operational team.
Partnering with HR on site-specific needs, including reviews and disciplinary actions.
Ensuring systems, processes, and procedures are followed for smooth operations.
Monitoring logistics and warehouse performance, meeting company targets.
Collaborating with the sales team to address service issues and enhance customer experience.
Ensuring stock integrity and health & safety compliance.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site security.
