Site Manager - Super Prime High End Resi - £25m+ Single Dwelling

We are currently seeking a talented Site Manager to join the team to work on a 25m refurb to a single dwelling in St James's, London.

Specialising in delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in the construction of Super Prime residential properties across London.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all on-site activities, ensuring the smooth execution of projects in Super Prime London residential properties.
• Coordinate and manage a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure exceptional workmanship and seamless workflow.
• Implement and enforce strict adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications to meet the highest quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with stringent health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and secure working environment for all on-site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain rigorous quality control, promptly addressing any issues, defects, or deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to ensure accurate interpretation and flawless implementation of project plans and design details.
• Manage project budgets and costs, meticulously tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and controlling expenditures to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain effective and professional communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Proactively resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process, fostering a harmonious and collaborative working environment.
• Continuously seek innovative solutions and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency, productivity, and overall quality.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the on-site team, including carpenters and other workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager, with extensive experience in the high-end residential construction sector in Super Prime London.
• Strong background in carpentry, with a deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools specific to luxury residential projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including effective prioritization, resource management, and meeting project deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards, with a commitment to ensuring full compliance.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering impeccable craftsmanship.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and designers.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in utilizing construction management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel to different project sites in Super Prime London as required.
