About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring commercial projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of diverse and challenging developments across the county, playing a key role in the continued growth of a highly respected contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors and trades
2. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards
3. Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
4. Managing site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
5. Driving projects to successful completion through proactive leadership

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial sector
2. Strong organisational and leadership skills
3. Excellent understanding of construction processes, health & safety, and quality control
4. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
5. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites across Suffolk
