Responsibilities:

  1. Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  3. Coordinate daily activities and schedules to optimise productivity.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure cleanliness and organisation.
  5. Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
  6. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  7. Prepare reports on site performance.
  8. Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a Site Manager role, with experience from Groundworks, Shellworks up to interiors.
  2. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  5. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment.
  7. A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Must Have:

  1. Must be Technical, be able to use a computer/laptop.
  2. Must have a SMSTS and hold a First Aid Ticket.
  3. Must be able to read and understand Plans and Drawings.
  4. Must be able to speak English.
  5. Must have previous experience.
