Site Manager - Residential - Tiverton

Established regional residential house builder are looking for an experienced manager to join their award-winning team.

The site is underway (just over 60 3, 4, and 5 bedroom homes) and will be finishing January 2026 then moving to a new development locally.

The Role:

• Day-to-day running of the development
• Following NHBC processes and procedures
• Following site plans and framework to ensure phases are finished on time and budget
• Reporting into the Contracts Manager
• Managing direct staff as well as subcontractors

The Candidate:

• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid)
• Driven, enthusiastic, and career-driven
• Strong knowledge of NHBC regulations
