Site Manager Roofing

Due to securing a multi-million pound contract within the Walsall area, my client is now looking to appoint a Site Manager to manage a Roofing Contract on a Housing Site.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience:

1. Experience within the roofing industry.
2. Ideally a background in site management; however, would be open to candidates with a good roofing knowledge looking for progression.
3. An ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously, often with pressured time frames and at numerous sites.
4. Must have a good understanding of current requirements with general site H&S including the implications that relate.
5. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to use initiative where required.

Job Description:

1. Site management.
2. Arrangement of deliveries.
3. Reporting to the Contracts Manager daily.
4. Reporting any issues and concerns to the Contracts Manager.
5. Attend progress meetings.
6. Issuing weekly progress reports.
7. Management of workforce (including sub-contractors).
8. Keep records of site changes.
