Established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace in London, The South East and South.

They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover.

Their projects include the refurbishment of large country homes and estates, new build Super Prime country residences, and the refurbishment and fit out of London townhouses and apartments. Projects range from £2m to over £80m in contract value.

The opportunity:

Site Manager / Senior Site Manager

Working out of their regional Southern office you will be site based on a an £80m+ Super Prime residential project. Working with some of the country's best subcontractors, consultants and architects delivering a truly magnificent property.

Seeking candidates with a stable career history and experience of high quality refurbishment/build projects.

This is initially a freelance position for c. 9 months; however, there is the potential to become employed as they are hoping to secure further work in the region.
