Site Manager - Nights
Retail Fit-out/Refurbishment
325 - 375 per shift

A rare and exciting opportunity for a distinguished No.1 Site Manager to join a renowned main-contractor who are at the forefront of modern construction and refurbishment.
The initial project will be based in Bluewater Dartford, on a complete fit-out/refurbishment within the main shopping centre.
Starting in June, you will be the No.1 entrusted with leading this important project's night shifts through till completion in late 2025.
There is also an opportunity for this to lead to an extended run of work after the initial contract.

Ideal skills and qualifications:

  1. SMSTS Card
  2. Previous experience within fast-paced retail refurbs and fit-out projects
  3. First Aid Qualified
  4. Able to identify problems, communicate solutions, and ultimately drive the project to completion to an agreed programme
  5. Some longevity within previous positions
  6. Be hands-on, boots on site and interacting with the trades and their supervision
  7. Trade background is advantageous but not essential
