The Opportunity
As a result of successful company growth, we are looking for a number of Site Managers to join our engineering delivery teams working on various healthcare projects based in the Midlands and North East/North Yorkshire. Our Engineering team is responsible for the design and installation of high profile carbon reduction/energy conservation projects that include heat pumps, solar panels, BMS upgrades, HV/LV upgrades, steam boiler plant replacement, LED lighting upgrades, etc. Often undertaken in existing buildings, our engineering projects are delivered with the best level of experience and knowledge in the industry.

Skills/Experience
Mechanical or electrical bias - Proven relevant construction industry experience on existing healthcare projects/University type projects.
SSSTS/SMSTS accreditation and Black CSCS card.
Time served as a tradesman or technical qualifications such as HNC/HND in engineering subjects.
Competencies
Problem solver with a dynamic and proactive approach to finding effective solutions.
Communicates clearly and concisely at all levels using various methods of communication.
Excellent working knowledge of all MS Office applications and current internet technologies.
