Job Description
My client is looking for a Site Manager for a project based in South London.
Site Manager required due to the award of a new framework covering South London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an externals project in Lewisham and have an opportunity to be mentored and progress.
Project:
The project is a £1.5 million external refurbishment of a tower block in Lewisham, South East London. Work includes new roofs, new windows, concrete repair, and modernising and repairing communal areas. This scheme is part of 5 frameworks my client has just secured and all future work will span across South East London.
Company Overview:
Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing refurbishment schemes. They undertake projects from as little as £500k up to as large as £40 million in and around London. They pride themselves on staff retention and training and due to structured successful expansion are a top 3 in their sector.
Individual:
The successful individual will preferably have 1-2 years experience on social housing refurbishment projects, although this is not essential. You may currently be working for a smaller company and seeking to move your career forward with a major player, or alternatively, you may be with a company seeking to join a regional firm where you will have more involvement and career progression.
