Site Manager - Landscaping

Full-time £38,000 - £43,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional landscape projects? We are looking for a Site Manager to take charge of our high-quality landscaping constructions, guiding teams to success while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your Role at a Glance:

As the Site Manager, you'll lead and coordinate all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring everything is completed to the highest standard. From managing site teams and subcontractors to overseeing health & safety compliance, you'll be the driving force behind delivering outstanding results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead projects with confidence, stepping in to assist with technical tasks when needed.
  2. Oversee all site operations, managing resources and tracking project progress.
  3. Handle site documentation, correspondence, and administration.
  4. Motivate and inspire teams to achieve high productivity and quality.
  5. Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and accreditations (e.g. ISO, CHAS, Constructionline).
  6. Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project standards.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, resolving challenges and fostering collaboration.
  8. Monitor costs and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure project milestones are met.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Certifications: SMSTS certification and CSCS card (highly desirable).
  2. Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-standard hard and soft landscaping projects.
  3. Leadership: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  4. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK Health & Safety regulations.
  5. Attention to Detail: Ability to read and work from detailed plans and specifications.
  6. Driver's Licence: A valid UK driving licence.

Hours & Flexibility:

8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
