Job Description

Ridgeway & Co are partnering with a London-based fit out Subcontractor in their search for an Internals Site Manager paying up to £320 per day. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the project from procurement through to delivery, making sure it stays on schedule and within the program, attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors, reporting progress to Senior Management, as well as regularly liaising with the Design & Commercial teams.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed and will handle other project packages as the work advances.

Requirements
  1. Experience of overseeing/managing Commercial projects valued £150m+
  2. Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Commercial projects
  3. Previous experience working at a Tier 1 Principal Contractor
  4. Having progressed from an Engineering background
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Desire to progress further within the business
  7. Hands-on approach to project management
  8. Excellent organisational and team management abilities
  9. Proficiency in computer skills
