Site Manager in Bishop's Stortford

Clearfield Recruitment are looking for 1 x Site Manager in Bishops Stortford starting in January 2024.

Job duration: Temp to Perm.
Our client is ideally looking to take someone on a Freelance contract basis, with the intention of staying with the company permanently. However, they are open to Freelance only.

The Project:
Fit out of a new shell into a commercial building. Ideally, experience in Hospitals/Offices would be beneficial.

Candidate must have:

• Contactable references
• Own transport to the given location
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid

Duties include:

• Day to day managing of the Construction Site
• Keeping RAMS up to date
• Monitoring Health and Safety on site
• Running Site Inductions
• Being a presence for any site visitors
• Liaising with the client who is based next door
