Experience with NHBC and strong technical understanding required.

On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for an experienced No. 1 Site Manager to join one of the largest UK house builders on a development in Chichester.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Implement actions to mitigate risks & maximise opportunities.
Manage preliminaries.
Maintain accurate site record, daily diaries & weekly progress reports.
Review design drawings for build-ability and co-ordination. Raise RFI where appropriate.
Manage the flow of sub-contractors design information as delegated by the Project Manager.
Assist the Project Manager to produce and monitor the MIRS.
Manage site labour and maintain accurate records.
Monitor & understand programme, discuss and agree recovery programmes with the Project Manager.

Essential Qualifications/Experience Required:

NHBC experience.
Strong technical understanding.
Commercial awareness.
Innovative thinker and problem solver.
SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS.
Management level NVQ or equivalent.
