High-End Residential Site Manager – London

Our client, a leading main contractor specializing in luxury residential projects, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-end developments in London. This role offers career growth, competitive salary, and the opportunity to work on prestigious projects.

Salary: £65k - £75k per annum

Location: London

Key Skills Required

1. Proven experience managing high-end residential projects
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes
3. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver premium-quality finishes
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
7. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and schedules
8. Understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee high-end residential construction projects from start to completion
2. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
4. Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to achieve the desired finish
5. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and compliance
6. Implement and enforce health & safety procedures
7. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular reports to senior management
8. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Need

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects
2. Strong background in luxury finishes and bespoke construction
3. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple trades
5. A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for quality and detail
