An elite Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on the frame package and external works for the brand-new Natural History Museum in Reading - a landmark project that will stand the test of time.

You'll Be Responsible For:
  1. Leading and managing all activities related to the frame package (RC or steel) and external works
  2. Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, logistics, and health & safety
  3. Ensuring programme delivery is met without compromising quality
  4. Reporting into a Senior Project Manager and contributing to wider site planning

Ideal Background:
  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale new builds (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
  2. Strong knowledge of RC/steel frame construction and external works (e.g. hard landscaping, drainage, utilities)
  3. Able to lead from the front, drive teams, and problem-solve under pressure
  4. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
