Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities during the fit-out phase of the Telehouse Data Centre project. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing subcontractors and trades to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
2. Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to align site activities with project timelines.
4. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
5. Managing site documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and material inventories.

Our client is a prominent construction company with a strong track record in delivering complex and high-value projects across the UK. They are currently undertaking the expansion of a large Data Centre in Canary Wharf, a six-storey new building within a live data centre campus. The project involves demolition, construction of concrete cores with a steel structure, installation of curtain wall and rainscreen cladding façades, and a high-specification M&E fit-out. This is an opportunity to be part of a project that sets new benchmarks in the industry.
