Site Manager - External Refurbishment

Site Manager (External Refurbishment, including Roofing Repair/Replacement) - Chatham - 1 Month - Up to 310 Per Day (CIS)

Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the Commercial, Retail & Healthcare settings, is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on the delivery of an External Refurbishment project within a live environment in Chatham. You will be managing a flagship external refurbishment project, involved with the refurbishment, upgrade, and repair of projects, including Roofing Repair & Replacement as necessary.

As a No.1 Site Manager on site, you must have experience of running sites as an on-site Manager, with previous experience of delivering external refurbishment projects (including management of Roofing works) in your recent work history. You will report to a visiting Projects/Contracts Manager and have experience working for a Main/Principal Contractor, dealing directly with the end user/client. Your daily tasks will include managing Health & Safety on site, delivering daily inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring the site is running to programme, and addressing any problems as they arise.

Additionally, you must hold a CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SMSTS. Any further qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential.

If you are an experienced Site Manager with prior experience of working on external refurbishment projects, including Roofing works as a No.1 Manager on site, and hold the necessary Qualifications & Certificates, we look forward to hearing from you straight away!
