Site Manager Construction

My client, a specialist main contractor construction company, currently requires a Site Manager for their project in the Bristol area. The ideal candidate must be available to start by early November.

Project Overview

1. New build extension
2. Full shell and core build inclusive of:
1. Groundworks / foundations
2. Steelwork frame
3. Metal deck floor
4. Eurobond cladding and Louvres
5. Roofing
6. Internal masonry walls
7. Wall linings and partitions
8. Suspended ceilings and raised access floors
9. Security door installation
10. Hard landscaping around the perimeter of the building

Key Requirements

1. Experience as the site-based manager on a commercial or industrial construction project
2. Responsible for the full project and all disciplines
3. Report into senior management
4. Main contractor experience
5. Will be working alongside the following:
1. Design team
2. Operational
3. Commissioning
4. Quality control
6. Good communicator with internal team, external supply chain, and client
7. Chair meetings, take minutes, and ensure accountability is assigned and monitored
8. Accurate reporting with support of the project team
9. Health and safety driven
10. Client facing

Must hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
