Site Manager - Commercial Builds

Location: Leeds & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,000 + Package
Type: Permanent

Are you a skilled Site Manager looking for your next opportunity? A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across Leeds and surrounding areas.

The Role:

1. Managing commercial build projects from start to completion
2. Overseeing ground-up construction - steel frame, cladding, concrete, and turnkey projects
3. Ensuring health & safety compliance and maintaining high standards on-site
4. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines
5. Problem-solving and keeping projects on schedule and within budget

What We're Looking For:

1. 5-6 years' experience in site management (commercial builds preferred)
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes and site procedures
3. Experience in steel frame, SFS, cladding, concrete, and block & beam
4. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain)
5. Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality projects
