Site Manager Required on a Retail Project in Carluke

Your new company
Our client is a main contractor who solely works in the retail space. They have been working in this market for years and have established themselves as a leading contractor.

Your new role
This is an 18-week contract for an experienced Site Manager in this space. As a site manager on this job, you will look to run the day-to-day site operations, looking after the demolition, extension, and fit-out of a retail store in Carluke.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have relevant construction experience with this project, along with a valid Black Site Managers CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualification.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a minimum of a 24-week contract and a competitive rate paid weekly. There is also the opportunity for continuous work on completion of this project.
