Site Manager - Cambridgeshire - 8 Weeks Residential

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage the final stages of a £3 million new build 7 unit residential scheme in Cambridgeshire which is due to run for another 8 weeks. The project is currently at 2nd fix stage with painting, decorating and final carpentry packages happening so the Site Manager will need to have a focus on finishes.

The Candidate: must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required: SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus package and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
