Freelance Site Manager Needed, Newbuild Residential, Warrington

Your new company: Hays are working with an established regional housebuilder to procure an experienced and reliable site manager to oversee their newbuild residential scheme in the Warrington area for a period of 8 weeks. The project in question is currently in site set up, so you will be overseeing the enabling works and subcontractors on site.

As Site Manager, you will:

1. Maintain all RAMS and H&S on site
2. Oversee the groundworks contractors
3. Ensure QA is upheld
4. Assist in programming

What you will have:

1. Black CSCS is mandatory
2. SMSTS and First Aid are essential
3. Temporary Works Coordinator is desirable
4. Housing experience is a must, and any accompanying civil knowledge is desirable
