Site Manager

We are working with a reputable and established Main Contractor with a great reputation who specialise in the delivery of Education, Healthcare, Commercial & Residential projects across the North West.

The company are very well established with a great heritage and reputation, working on a number of framework agreements and with a healthy pipeline of work.

The company have a proven track record of successfully carrying out D&B projects, traditional contracts and partnering frameworks. They are extremely busy with lots of work in the pipeline for 2025.

They are recruiting for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible. This will be working on Education & Healthcare projects - both refurbishment and New Build. Ideally, they would be recruiting for someone from a Tier 1 background who is able to deliver high value projects.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

1. The smooth operational running of your assigned site
2. Ensuring health & safety is maintained
3. Monitoring the quality of work
4. Liaising with the client
5. Programming works
6. Ordering materials

Experience needed:

The successful candidate will ideally come from a Tier 1/2 Main Contractor background, and must have experience of managing both refurbishment and new build/extension projects within the Education, Healthcare or Commercial sector from start to completion.

Ideally you will have a trade background.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

You will benefit from a basic salary of between £50-55k + car allowance, pension and further benefits.
