Salary: Competitive, based on experience (salary preferred due to long hours; hourly rate negotiable)

Company Overview:

Our client, a growing company with a multi-million turnover and major accounts, is seeking a Site Manager to join their dynamic team. The company works predominantly in the retail sectors, delivering high-quality interior installations, including shelving, joinery, and counter fronts.

Role Overview:

The Site Manager will oversee multiple construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising with contractors and tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage daily site operations
  2. Read and interpret project drawings
  3. Oversee shelving installations, joinery work, and general fit-outs
  4. Enforce strict quality control and compliance with deadlines
  5. Manage relationships with contractors and tradespeople on-site
  6. Maintain a sharp eye for detail and ensure precision in all installations

Work Schedule:

Night shifts: 7 PM to 5 AM, Sunday to Thursday

Fridays and Saturdays off
