Site Manager - Structural Steel Projects (Nationwide Travel Required)
Location: Nationwide (UK-Wide Projects)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

My client is a leading specialist in structural steel projects, delivering large-scale, high-profile work across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager who is capable of working across the country on a variety of major steelwork schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage site operations from start to finish on structural steel projects
2. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and logistics to ensure smooth and safe project delivery
3. Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance at all times
4. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and office teams to meet deadlines and specifications
5. Conduct site inductions, manage documentation, and ensure quality control
6. Resolve on-site issues and proactively manage daily site activities
7. Regular travel nationwide to various project sites as required

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager within the structural steel industry
2. Strong knowledge of steel erection and installation methods
3. Willingness and ability to travel and work nationwide
4. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
5. Full UK driving licence
