Site Manager

Site Manager - We are looking for an experienced Site Manager based in the Saltburn-by-the-Sea and surrounding areas, to oversee a final phase of 25 new units on a caravan park.

About the role:

You'll be managing the day-to-day operations on the site, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Ensuring that all work meets the required standards and specifications and implementing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. This is a controlled site with no public access.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience managing projects, with roads and ground works mainly being carried out.
2. Understands CDM's, RAMS and Took Box Talk.
3. Experience with plant machinery desirable.
4. Able to start immediately.

Offer:

45 hours per week
Monday - Friday
GBP27 per hour
Immediate Start until September 2025
