Site Manager

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long-term groundworks and civils project based in Torquay.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
2. Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
3. Keeping site diaries.
4. Amending and working to RAMS.
5. Quality Assurance.
6. Managing the labour and putting men to work.
7. Providing progress reports.
8. Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

1. CSCS.
2. SMSTS.
3. First aid.
4. NVQ Level 6 (ideally).
5. Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.
6. 8+ years management experience.
