As a Site Manager at EDGE Express Car Wash, you will take charge of daily operations with the full backing of our corporate team. This pivotal role encompasses team leadership, customer service excellence, facility maintenance, and driving business development. Compensation:

  • Monthly and yearly bonuses estimated at $15,000+ per year.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is for a NEW location set to open in August. The ideal candidate will be starting in July to receive training at an existing location.

  • Lead recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members.
  • Supervise daily operations, including facility opening, closing, and maintenance.
  • Motivate and support team members to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Educate customers on our services and ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and damage claims effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold organizational standards.
  • Cultivate a professional and positive team culture.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational and financial performance.
  • Conduct team performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage budgets and optimize expenses to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:
