Site Manager

We are working with an established Regional Main Contractor with a great reputation who specialise in the delivery of Education, Healthcare, Commercial & Residential projects across the North West.

They are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their team, working on public sector refurbishment projects across the North West, initially working on an apartment renovation in the Chester region. Other projects include University Refurbishments, Hospital Refurbishments, School Refurbishments, etc.

The successful candidate should have experience in managing refurbishment projects in the Education/Healthcare/Commercial sectors and have experience in managing projects of approximately £3m in value.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

1. The smooth operational running of your assigned site
2. Ensuring health & safety is maintained
3. Monitoring the quality of work
4. Liaising with the client
5. Programming works
6. Ordering materials

Experience needed:

1. A trade background is required, along with SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
2. You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £45k plus £4k car allowance and other benefits (pension, bonus, etc.).
