Site Manager - Nottingham
Site Manager - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Site Manager to join the expanding team based in the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join an award-winning design and build contactor delivering projects from £5m - £30m across the East Midlands.
The initial project is a specialist healthcare development in Nottingham (£15m). This scheme consists of a major refurbishment and structural alternations to a landmark building in Nottingham which will provide essential services to the community.
As the Site Manager you will support a Project Manager on the delivery of this development managing sub-contractors and specialist trades teams to ensure works are being completed to a high standard, to programme and in a safe environment.

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B developments as Site Manager
- Experience managing programme and sub-contractors
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
- Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
- Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
- Deliver projects to meet contractual standards
The Package:
- Basic salary of £48,000 - £56,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Car Allowance (£5,000)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Site Manager delivering healthcare projects ranging from £5m+
