Site Manager - Nottingham
A leading top tier contractor is searching for a Site Manager to join the expanding East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to assist in the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.
The initial challenge is to work with a Project Manager to deliver a new build secondary school in Nottingham (£11m).

Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000, Company Car or Car Allowance, Bonus Scheme up to 10%, Private medical insurance.
To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Site Manager to deliver D&B projects of £5m+.
