Job description
Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of our client who are looking for an experienced Site Manager needed in Newcastle.
This is a contract position for 10 weeks.
Start: Tuesday 22nd April 2025
Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Experience in hospital projects or similar environments is highly desirable.
Managing the strip-out and re-installation phases of the project.
Ensuring health & safety standards are strictly followed.
Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and materials.
Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.
Candidate Specification:
- Site manager must have a valid SMSTS.
- Site manager ideally have a valid CSCS.
- Site manager must be reliable and punctual and be able to stay for the duration of the project.
The day rate on offer for this role is £250.00 per day - paid weekly CIS.
