Site Manager required for an ongoing project in Newton Abbot. We are currently looking for Site Managers to join an ongoing project in Newton Abbot. Your role will be assisting a large site that is currently at groundwork stage. The project will be ongoing for 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise all on-site activities.
2. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
3. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
4. Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Requirements:

1. SMSTS Black or Gold CSCS card is required.
2. First Aid at Work.
3. Proven experience in site management.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
